So instead of reading all the flipping research I have done on the British (lack of) Constitution and Lord Hailsham's "elective dictatorship" claim, I find myself on the Guardian's website this afternoon, on the life&health section. Reading about lots of people's lives and secrets is probably the best form of procrastination one could enjoy and seeing as I have sworn off all gossip magazines etc - except for popbitch - it seemed like an innocent indulgence.
